Refund policy

At Floppi we want you to have a great experience with our products. That is why we have the following exchange, return and refund policy, in accordance with current Colombian regulations.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 calendar days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all accessories.
• Returns do not apply to products that have been used, handled improperly, or show damage caused by the customer.
• Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective product or an error attributable to Floppi.

Warranty

All our products carry a legal warranty in accordance with Colombian law. The warranty covers manufacturing and operating defects under normal conditions of use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, impacts, drops or exposure to conditions that are not recommended.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and approved:

• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The process may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
